Compensation

Positions Available:

• Full-Time (3 days/week)
• Part-Time (1–2 days/week)

Pay Structure:

• $300–$600+ per day
• 50% commission
• 100% of your tips
• 8–36 hours per week depending on schedule

Schedule

• Full-Time: 3 days per week
• Operating Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Enjoy a four-day weekend every week with the FT schedule

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-level, experienced Mobile Pet Stylist who knows their craft inside and out. Someone who can confidently groom a variety of breeds, deliver consistent quality, and create a calm, positive experience for every pet.

You’ll work independently inside our fully equipped mobile spa, serving clients throughout the Chesterfield area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level grooming services with consistency and care
• Bathe, brush, trim, and style pets to breed standards or client preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional grooming environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and build trust through your expertise
• Handle pets with confidence, patience, and compassion

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional dog grooming experience (required)
• Ability to groom independently from start to finish
• Cat grooming experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of breed cuts, coat types, and grooming safety

License / Certification

• Clean driver’s license (required)
• Grooming school certification is a plus
