Compensation

Positions Available:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time

Pay Structure:

• $250 Sign on Bonus
• $300–$600 per day
• 50% commission
• 100% of your tips
• 20–40 hours per week

Shifts

• Full-Time: 3 days/week
• Part-Time: 1–2 days/week
• Hours: 12 hours including breaks and clean up!

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Pet Stylist who loves grooming, loves animals, and loves delivering a great one-on-one experience to both pets and their humans.

You’ll provide full-service grooming inside our luxury mobile spa, serving clients throughout the Chesterfield area. This role is perfect for groomers who enjoy independence, creativity, and a calm, one-pet-at-a-time environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services to dogs (and cats if you’re comfortable)
• Bathe, brush, trim, and style pets to client specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Handle pets with patience, compassion, and confidence

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional dog grooming experience (required)
• Cat grooming experience is a plus, but not required

License / Certification

• Clean driver’s license (required)
• Grooming school certification is a bonus
